Anish Reddy
President/CEO - Head of Economics Curriculum
Anish is a rising high school sophomore who is interested in journalism and business management. He has a variety of interests ranging from reading books to watching sports. He is excited to lead Empower and looks forward to promoting education to unprivileged youth worldwide.
Locke Cai
President/CEO
Locke is a high school student who has a deep interest for math and computer science which can be shown in the national competitions he participates in. Aside from that, he loves to give beck to his community through any means which is why he is thrilled to be apart of Empower!
Pranav Manikonda
VP/CTO - Head of Technology
Pranav is a rising sophomore at the Science and Engineering Program at Manalapan High School, and loves biochemistry, economics, and artifical intelligence. During his free time, he loves to read books, play badminton, and cook. He is excited to be a part of the Empower team!
Andrew Van Dusen
VP/COO
Andrew is a rising sophomore at West Windsor Plainsboro High School South who is extremely passionate about STEM and an active member of the school's Science Olympiad and math teams. He looks forward to contributing to Empower by giving lectures on topics and helping refine the curriculum.
Kabir Oberoi
CFO
Kabir is a high school student who loves economics and he can’t wait to help spread his love for econ to all students regardless of background /financial status. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball recreationally and watching golf. He is thrilled to be apart of Empower.
Rishabh Narayanan
Head of Computer Science Curriculum
Rishabh is a rising sophomore at WW-P HSS. He loves to play basketball and loves computer science. When he isn’t coding, Rishabh enjoys learning about science, specifically physics. He looks forward to being an integral part of the Empower team.
Aryan Avlash
Director of Marketing & Outreach
Aryan is a rising sophomore at WWP South with an interest in computer and data science. In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering, playing sports, and giving speeches. He is an avid guitar player as well. Aryan really loves the mission of Empower and can’t wait to make an impact.

Siddharth is a rising sophomore at WWPHSS, and loves data science and cyber security. During his free time, he loves to play basketball and volleyball. He is honored to be apart of the Empower team.
